Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work directly with clients, implementing ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism and related behavioral challenges.

You will collect data, keep detailed records, and support the therapy team. Strong communication, reliability, and HIPAA privacy are essential. Typical hours are after school and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children or related field.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
