Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will collect data, support implementation of behavior plans, and maintain thorough progress records under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and roughly 10–25 hours per week, with after-school and weekend availability. Compensation ranges from $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for growth and RBT certification pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed records of progress, session notes, and changes in behavior.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and families.
• Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
