Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver in-home or community ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and keep detailed records.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with HIPAA confidentiality knowledge. Hours are flexible, typically after school or weekends, 10–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with children or related field.
• Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality laws and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one in‑home or community‑based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, notes, and behavioral changes.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and families to support goals.
• Respond promptly to client and supervisor needs and communicate clearly.
