Job summary

Triumph ABA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings, following individual behavior plans and collecting progress data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to supporting children with autism.

Qualifications

Possesses a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.
Experience in paraprofessional, special education, RBT, or ABA-related roles is valued.
Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with supervision.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress and session notes.
Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
Collaborate with other therapy team members and families.
Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs.
Maintain clear communication with families and supervising clinicians.
