Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment across various settings including the CARD center, homes, and schools. You’ll work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement plans addressing skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and be willing to train through CARD’s program; ASD experience is preferred and you’ll gain hands-on ABA experience while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• Willingness to work across multiple settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
• Strong data collection and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Collect and record progress data with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
