Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision. You’ll work across settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth, delivering 1:1 or group treatment aligned with clinical plans.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with families, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA obligations. Training and growth opportunities are available across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism preferred.
• Must pass CARD training program and written exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Collect and record progress data with accuracy and fidelity.
• Implement treatment plans and respond to supervisor feedback.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
