Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under a Clinical Supervisor. You will work in 1:1 or small group settings across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, providing direct treatment and recording progress data.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, time management, and teamwork, with opportunities across multiple locations and shift flexibility. CARD supports training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Technician Training and exam.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
