Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach, CA is looking for a Behavior Technician – Empowerment Specialist. You will empower children and teens with developmental disabilities through structured ABA activities and 1:1 support, under BCBA guidance, in a part-time schedule 2pm–8pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
