Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. This part-time role offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour, with 15–20 hours weekly and weekday evenings (3:30pm–7:30pm), plus mileage reimbursement and paid training.

You will implement ABA treatment plans under supervision, track progress, and collaborate with families and teams to deliver consistent, compassionate care that makes a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support with children/teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure progress.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Foster learning and growth through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
