Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in California. The role supports children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA-based services. Part-time hours start at 15–20 per week with potential to expand to full-time based on center needs.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with extra pay for weekend shifts and holidays. Mileage reimbursement is available for long distances, and paid training helps you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies.
