Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-based therapy. You will provide direct 1:1 support and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, ensuring steady progress and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation to and from client sites.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide consistent therapy for at least 15 hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Foster learning through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA, mandated reporting and company policies.
