360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to empower children and teens to grow through structured ABA-based therapy. You will work in a supportive team, following individualized plans under BCBA supervision, and commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week during afternoon shifts.

The role offers part-time hours with potential to expand to full-time, and participates in a schedule that aligns with center needs. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between clients.

Qualifications

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Follow ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with clients to provide therapy and support.
• Track progress and data to measure growth.
