Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team for after-school hours. This part-time role offers 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM sessions, with weekend opportunities, and training support for those pursuing RBT certification.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in diverse settings, follow BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while contributing to a

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
