Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Farmington, MO seeks part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for after-school hours, typically 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with some weekend opportunities. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings under BCBA guidance.

Competitive pay: BT up to $22/hr; RBT up to $24/hr, with paid training and certification support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
