Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We are particularly looking for teammates available during after-school hours, with sessions typically from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and some weekend opportunities.

BTs may earn up to $22/hour and RBTs up to $24/hour, with paid training and support. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, implement plans, and help children develop essential

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
