Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking caring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team for part-time after-school hours. Typical sessions run 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM with weekend options; you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings, following BCBA plans and collecting data.

We offer paid training, RBT certification support, ongoing supervision, and pathways for career growth, with compensation up to $22–$24 per

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
