Total Education Solutions in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Part Time Behavior Technician to work afternoons/evenings (3pm-7pm). You will provide one-on-one ABA-based support to children on the autism spectrum and help them make meaningful progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to take the RBT course and exam.

Responsibilities

• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive.
• Turn goals into games and build communication, social and self-help skills.
• Maintain accurate daily progress notes and adhere to the behavior plan.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other specialists to implement positive interventions.
