Job summary

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking Part‑Time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in‑home ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and TBI in Michigan.

Afternoon and evening availability is required. Onboarding incentive, COVID pay, and shift differential enhance compensation. Ongoing supervision and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
