Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA technician (RBT) to support children in home and center settings in Dearborn, MI. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families as part of a one-to-one service model.

You will join a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth; RBT certification is preferred but not required, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training. Salary ranges from $23 to $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field.
• Able to work Part-Time shifts M-F. Around 15-20 hours of work per week.
• Must be willing to work in clinic AND family homes.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred but not required.
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
• Safety Care Trained preferred, annual paid training

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
• Record accurate data on client progress.
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
