Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism, under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on developing communication, social, and daily living skills with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

No ABA experience is required—paid training and mentorship are provided, plus opportunities for advancement, RBT exam reimbursement, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening, onboarding requirements, including background screening, TB testing, a physical/fit-for-duty examination, and health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior support.
• Collect session data, track progress, and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
