Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes, in partnership with BCBAs. This part-time position focuses on after-school hours, with flexible evenings and afternoons to fit family schedules.

BTs play a key role in data collection, program implementation, and family training, supporting children aged 2–15 with autism spectrum disorders. Training is provided, and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities desirable.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Part-time after-school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other involved parties.
• Assist with physical activities and mobility as required during sessions.
