Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (ABA) to support children and individuals with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy. You will work under supervision to develop communication and daily living skills in various settings, including homes and schools. New to ABA?

Training is provided. This is a part-time role with afternoon and evening shifts, offering growth opportunities, paid training, and RBT exam support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional/educational setting.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening, TB testing and onboarding requirements.
• Reliability and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
