Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Grand Rapids, MI. The role supports pediatric ABA therapy during after-school hours (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-7:30pm).

You will organize sessions, prepare materials, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver consistent therapy and data collection for children with autism. Benefits include growth opportunities and structured training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor; move between positions as needed for safety and therapy.
• Must have valid Driver License and reliable vehicle for transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after each session.
• Prepare materials and keep binder, stimuli, and needed items accessible.
• Arrive on time for shift and complete all session tasks.
• Receive supervision from supervisors through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings and communicate professionally with parents.
