Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Ashburn, VA team. You will work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under the supervision of BCBAs.

This part-time role offers afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time, competitive pay, PTO, and 401k. You will collaborate with a clinical team and support families while collecting data to inform treatment plans.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience working with children, including preschool teachers, daycare teachers, teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, camp counselors, and childcare providers, who are looking to grow their career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to help them build important communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will receive training and ongoing support while working closely with ourBoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts

• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress

• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients

• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working with children

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
