We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience working with children, including preschool teachers, daycare teachers, teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, camp counselors, and childcare providers, who are looking to grow their career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to help them build important communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will receive training and ongoing support while working closely with ourBoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans.
Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers
Minimum of 1 years of experience working with children
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
