You will build product knowledge, engage clients with consultative service, execute merchandise sets, and maintain visual standards while supporting replenishment and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify client needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applying them to the skin.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards including sets, testers, cleanliness and hygiene.
