Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, identify their needs, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while maintaining Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, support replenishment, merchandising, and training to stay current on top beauty brands. This role emphasizes client service, integrity, teamwork, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and departmental standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
