Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client interactions. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, demonstrating products and trends, and executing trainings to expand knowledge.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty required.
• Client-facing retail or service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence purchases by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients by showcasing products and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising standards and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Assist with backstock, price changes, and replenishment; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assist with visual elements and communicate damaged products or fixtures.
