Job summary

Proof of Human is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to join our team and help grow our global user base. The role offers a flexible 20-hour workweek with uncapped commission, working directly with the founders and staff to win new customers.

You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, building repeatable systems and using automation to keep your pipeline moving so each hour is more productive.

Qualifications

• Experience selling and closing deals.
• Ability to build prospect lists and run outbound campaigns.
• Comfort with negotiating terms and overcoming objections.
• Self-motivated with discipline to develop sales processes.

Responsibilities

• New Business Generation: Find and pursue customers, build prospect lists, run outbound campaigns, and keep your pipeline full.
• Customer Conversations: Lead discovery calls and demos, understand buyer needs, and close deals.
• Deal Execution: Own the sale from first contact to signed agreement, negotiating terms and engaging founders when needed.
• Sales Systems & Automation: Build a sales operation with CRM workflows and automated outreach to generate opportunities.
• Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Track deals, prioritize opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
