Job summary

My Team ABA in Baltimore, MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with autism reach their goals through individualized ABA plans.

The role requires a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, Maryland LBA, and 1+ year of ABA experience with children 0-21. You will assess, design, implement, monitor progress, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland LBA license required.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0-21.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments, identify goals, design plans, implement strategies, and monitor progress.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and team in English.
