Job summary

Accurate ABA in Bowie, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design and supervise BIPs, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, provide monthly parent training, stay current with ABA research, and contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental needs. This is a part-time on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification issued by BACB.
• Maryland license to practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a behavior analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and assessments to identify function of behavior.
• Design, implement and monitor BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and staff.
• Monitor client progress with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across environments.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay current with ABA research and incorporate new techniques.
