Job summary

Accurate ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our supportive team. You will conduct FBAs, design and monitor individualized BIPs, and supervise staff delivering ABA programs with fidelity.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree or higher in ABA/psychology/education, BACB BCBA certification, Maryland license, and at least 1 year of experience. You’ll collaborate with families and professionals to promote generalization of skills and measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by BACB.
• Maryland License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a behavior analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify behavior functions and develop intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior technicians and staff.
• Monitor client progress by collecting and analyzing data, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals to ensure generalization of skills.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
