Ability Builders in Maryland seeks a licensed BCBA to provide clinical oversight and guidance in ABA therapy, including assessments and treatment plan development. You will supervise staff, train behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure progress and ethical practice.

The role requires strong knowledge of ABA principles and the ability to travel to client sites as needed. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Maryland with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and MD licensure.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify factors contributing to challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans with clear behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.
• Supervise implementation and provide training to ensure fidelity of treatments.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for coordinated, ethical care.
• Stay informed about BACB guidelines and participate in ongoing professional development.
