Job summary

Worcester Cultural Academy Charter Public School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role serving K-7 students in Worcester. The BCBA will lead FBAs, develop and monitor BIPs, and collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement evidence-based behavior supports within IEPs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Massachusetts BCBA license or eligibility.
• Experience conducting FBAs and implementing BIPs in school settings.
• Experience with autism spectrum and emotional/behavioral needs.
• Strong consultation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students with emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with clear goals, measurable outcomes, and data review.
• Provide direct support to students, modeling strategies and building self-regulation and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with special education teachers and related service providers to ensure behavior supports are integrated into IEPs.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans based on progress and emerging needs.
• Attend IEP meetings and present behavioral data and recommendations.
