Job summary

Homebase Behavior Consulting, Inc. is seeking a part-time BCBA to serve clients in the Greater Worcester and Fitchburg areas. The role involves conducting assessments, designing ABA treatment plans, and supervising RBTs and paraprofessionals.

The BCBA will train parents and staff, monitor progress with data, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practice. Availability is 7–15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1–3 years experience with individuals with various special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group sessions.
• Oversee ABA home/center programs and parent training.
• Write weekly programs and maintain client program books.
• Lead monthly progress meetings with parents/guardians.
• Conduct assessments and design treatment programs.
• Supervise BCBAAs and RBTs to implement plans per BACB guidelines.
• Collect and graph data using Excel or ABA software.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional knowledge.
