Job summary

Autism Health Services in Worcester is looking for a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians while accommodating a flexible remote schedule with limited local travel.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Active Massachusetts licensure (LABA) or eligibility.
• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide caregiver training sessions.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience conducting functional behavior assessments

Bilingual candidates encouraged

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
