Job summary

Homebase Behavior Consulting is seeking a BCBA to serve clients in the Greater Worcester and Fitchburg areas. The role includes conducting assessments, designing ABA treatment plans, and supervising RBTs and staff. Flexible, part-time hours with supervision of teams and parent training.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree and BCBA certification with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of ABA software and data collection is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or related field preferred.
• BCBA certification confirmed by BACB.
• 1–3 years of experience with children/adults with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group sessions.
• Oversee ABA home/center programs and parent training.
• Write weekly programs and maintain program books.
• Conduct assessments and design evidence-based treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and paraprofessionals during sessions.
• Collect and graph data; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Attend trainings and collaborate with a diverse team.
