Job summary

Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School in Sturbridge, MA is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum needs. The role is 2-3 days per week, in-person, with collaboration across SPED staff and families.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop, implement and monitor BIPs, attend IEP meetings, and model evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Massachusetts licensure for BCBA or eligibility.
• Experience conducting FBAs and implementing BIPs in school settings.
• Experience with autism, emotional and behavioral needs, and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs for students with emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Provide direct support to students, modeling strategies and building self-regulation.
• Collaborate with SPED teachers and related service providers to integrate behavior supports into IEPs.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data and adjust plans based on progress.
