Magnet ABA Therapy in Reno, NV is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help develop behavior support plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatments, maintain professional relationships with clients and families, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong observation and data recording skills.
• Willingness to work under BCBA supervision.
• Ability to engage clients and families with respect.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
