Job summary

Alliance Family Services in Reno, NV is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This full-time role offers a pay range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year DOE plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed in Nevada.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor ABA programs to individual needs.
