Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for pediatric autism services. You will develop and supervise interventions, oversee data collection, and collaborate with families to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share client achievements as skills grow.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns as needed.
• Supervise and train a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Move with clients during sessions, including physical activity as required.
