Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Union County, NJ is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings. Compensation ranges from $80 to $95 per hour based on experience, with flexible scheduling designed to fit availability.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families and educators, and maintain documentation to ensure fidelity of care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
