Hand Over Hand is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver in-home and community-based ABA services in Monmouth County, NJ. You will develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, support families, and collaborate with school staff to generalize skills.

You will work part-time, with flexible scheduling, in home, school, and community settings, receiving ongoing clinical support and professional development from experienced leaders.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable supervising RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
• Strong understanding of ethical & evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
