Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time BCBA to join our team delivering in-home ABA services in the Baltimore, Maryland area. You will work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Maryland LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure in Maryland.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments and progress reports.
