Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA program serving the New Haven, Connecticut area. You will work directly with children and families in their homes, delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy with a collaborative clinical team.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, opportunities to mentor RBTs and therapists, and meaningful impact in autism support while balancing work-life commitments.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
