Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team serving Danbury, Connecticut. The role offers flexible part-time hours and direct work with children and families in their homes, delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy.

You will supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists, coach families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care while adhering to BACB ethics and payer

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
