Position: Part‑Time BCBA

Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA for a part-time role offering both home-based and in-clinic ABA services. The position emphasizes compassionate, individualized care for children with autism and close collaboration with families and schools.

You will lead assessments, design treatment plans, and mentor RBTs in a supportive environment. This opportunity includes a strong benefits package, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs to help you

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• AZ licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards.
