Job summary

Solara Autism Services seeks a compassionate Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA therapy across the Baltimore area. You will work with children and families in their homes, creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and coaching caregivers.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification in good standing required.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility.
  • Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout Baltimore area.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise, train and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
  • Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance documentation.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, physicians and other service providers.
  • Ensure services comply with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area.

This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Position Details
  • Position: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Location: Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding communities

  • Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Hours

  • Setting: In-Home ABA Services

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
