Job summary

SOLARA AUTISM SERVICES is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a part-time, flexible role. This position focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA therapy in a home-based and clinic-supported setting, with mentorship from experienced BCBAs to help you grow.

The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, parent training, and collaboration with educational teams, all while maintaining BACB ethical standards and a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for AZ licensure as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards.
