Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing team on a part-time basis, delivering in-home ABA services and collaborating with families and educators. This flexible, home-based role supports children with autism and their families, with supervision and guidance from experienced clinical leadership.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide caregiver training while ensuring progress and strict adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• AZ licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed; complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams; ensure BACB ethical Standards are followed.
